University life

Life on the UPC campus is active and rewarding. There are 14 FIB student associations that run all kinds of activities. You will be able to play sport at the sports centre, take part in the Fiberparty (students share and exchange their knowledge, play games, etc. over three days and nights), become a member of the FIB’s Junior Enterprise, and enjoy the outdoor spaces, restaurants, canteens and other services. There is even a shopping mall, and hundreds of sports, cultural and leisure activities are available through the Social Activities Service, Univers.

At the FIB you will be able to become involved in a wide range of charity work through the cooperation projects and associations such as Tecnologia x Tothom (Technology for All), Engineers without Borders, the Centre for Cooperation and Development, and the 2015 UPC Sustainability Plan.
